Nyankonton Trust Foundation is seeking passionate and skilled volunteers to support our Social Inclusion Programmes, which empower individuals facing socio-economic challenges. This is an opportunity to use your expertise to make a lasting difference in the lives of others while building stronger, more inclusive communities.

Duties & Responsibilities

As a volunteer, you will contribute to education, skills development, and personal empowerment by supporting any of the following programmes:

• Teaching and mentoring in:
  English, Mathematics, Science, Fashion Design, Carpentry, Welding, Plumbing, Hair & Beauty, Construction, Bricklaying, and Electrical Work
• Supporting learners to build confidence and gain vocational and life skills
• Advising students and tailoring learning to their abilities and goals
• Helping develop inclusive and practical learning materials
• Participating in occasional workshops and community events
• Promoting wellbeing, motivation, and teamwork within the group

Commitment Required

• 6 hours per week, with a minimum commitment of 12 months
• Flexible schedule and support available to make volunteering accessible for you

Who We’re Looking For

• Aged 18 or over
• Proven experience in your profession or area of expertise
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about empowerment, equality, and inclusion
• Friendly, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
